Buyers and agents scroll through dozens of listings and don’t have every neighborhood or street memorized—good written directions help them place the home mentally and get oriented fast. They also save the day when tech glitches or you’re hustling between showings. Don’t be lazy agents—add clear driving directions to your listings. I do for mine!
